The core of our Information Management Solution is our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Qual.Linc. Qual.Linc was developed by Marshfield Food Safety LLC drawing heavily on its ongoing laboratory experience. As a result, Qual.Linc is a strong fit for any lab with minimal programming adjustments. An organization using Qual.Linc will have easy-to-access, up-to-date relevant information, while saving on implementation costs.

- Detailed audit trail accompanies each sample and test. This preserves complete traceability of the items being processed by your laboratories.
- Generates and reads bar codes for your samples, minimizing data entry and decreasing opportunity of error.
- Extensive administrative screens that allow you to specify which tests are available for which samples and which customers. This allows the screens to only show the most relevant options to laboratory workers.
- Accommodates the upload of related scanned records and documents such as anomaly reports, positive results details, tracking sheets, certificates of conformance and certificates of analysis. This allows all your lab records to be accessible in one place while freeing the lab from storing bulky boxes of paperwork.
- Ability to query and report on all the processing and test results, making the necessary data available for real-time decision making.
- Ability to integrate with your Quality System or Document Control System (such as QualTrax from CCS-Inc.) to provide laboratory professionals with direct links to relevant procedures, work instructions or forms. By eliminating the need for the professionals to go and look up the appropriate documents, productivity is increased and you're ensured the most recent version of the documentation is being used.
- Full email support permits real-time alerts of system activities such as new incoming samples and completed tests. These emails provide rapid communication of test results to all necessary parties (including emails outside of your organization).
- Ability to integrate with your Quality System or Corrective Action System to commence corrective actions when the conditions warrant, such as a trend of positive results. The automatic trigger of a corrective action heightens the visibility of possible issues and prompts a speedy investigation and resolution.
- Optional hosting service where installation/upgrades, security, disaster recovery and backups are handled for you. This allows for a quick implementation while freeing your busy Information Technology staff for other duties.
